Cafe Bar Deli, the pizza and pasta chain founded by entrepreneurs Jay Bourke and Eoin Foyle, is opening an outlet in Limerick.
The new Cafe Bar Deli will be based on Thomas Street, off O’Connell Street in Limerick. The restaurant has already begun advertising for staff. It will be the sixth restaurant in the chain. Bourke and Foyle have three restaurants in Dublin as well as outlets in Cork and Sligo.
