A Limerick couple whose restaurant business went bust have been refused their High Court costs after the firm’s liquidator failed to obtain a restriction against them. Austin and Jacqueline Gibbons’ company, Kranks Korner Ltd, had run a restaurant on Thomas Street in Limerick.
