Life Strategies back in Irish hands in €2.7m deal

A management buyout at Dublin-based actuarial consultancy Life Strategies has returned the firm to Irish ownership for the first time in six years.

A management buyout at Dublin-based actuarial consultancy Life Strategies has returned the firm to Irish ownership for the first time in six years.

Under the terms of the €2.7 million cash payment deal with British software and outsourcing company Vertex Financial Services Holdings (formerly Marlborough Stirling), Life Strategies’ five executive directors will take a majority stake in the company.
