Liam Carroll’s Gasworks proposal comes under scrutiny

Developer Liam Carroll will have to provide evidence that the management company at The Gasworks has agreed to allow a planning application be made to convert the complex into a hotel, following a request from Dublin City Council’s planners.

Developer Liam Carroll will have to provide evidence that the management company at The Gasworks has agreed to allow a planning application be made to convert the complex into a hotel, following a request from Dublin City Council’s planners.

Carroll has applied to convert the 210 apartments in the nine-storey Alliance building into a 520-bedroom hotel, which would make it the largest hotel in Dublin city centre.
