Tom McGurk suggests that British withdrawal from the EU would pose a dilemma for Ireland (*20/1/13*). I doubt this. There is no such thing as an Irish nation, so there is no such thing as an Irish state or governance.
What we have is a janitoriat, nothing more. The only domestic alternative has been the looters associated with Fianna Fáil.
