Renewables, not nuclear power

Last week, Tom McGurk asked that we reopen the debate on having nuclear power stations here (12/10/2014). Since the previous rejection of nuclear power we have had the examples of Chernobyl and Fukushima to confirm that “anything that can go wrong will go wrong” and the fallout is unforgiving.
