I am outraged at the original decision of AIB and Bank of Ireland not to pass on interest rate cuts to hard-pressed mortgage holders.
The Danish-owned National Irish Bank has even had the audacity to increase its mortgage rate by nearly 1 per cent, adding over €100 per month to a €200,000 mortgage.
