Letters to the Editor

Letters to the Editor, December 18, 2011.

18th December, 2011
David McWilliams writing last week about the new EU deal.

David McWilliams *(11/12/11)* is incorrect when he states that "our main export markets are the US and Britain, followed by the EU". The most recent statistics for Irish exports for the year to August 2011 show 43 per cent of our exports were sent to the EU (excluding Britain), 24 per cent to the US and 15 per cent to Britain.
