Less than one out of every three approved Bank of Ireland home mortgages are being drawn down, the bank’s director of business banking Mark Cunningham said today at an event.

Less than one out of every three approved Bank of Ireland home mortgages are being drawn down, the bank’s director of business banking Mark Cunningham said today at an event.

Cunningham said the Government’s budget property measures will “try and give the consumer teetering on the edge” of buying property, more confidence.
