Sean Dunne, the heavily-indebted property developer, is facing moves by his lenders over a hotel business and several sites in Dublin city centre.
A syndicate of lenders, led by Ulster Bank, is seeking to shut down a hotel operating company controlled by Dunne, who now spends much of his time in the United States.
The syndicate has issued High Court proceedings to wind up MJBCH, which managed the developer's D4 hotel in Ballsbridge in Dublin....
