L’Ecrivain boss to train canteen chefs

Celebrity chef Derry Clarke is helping to train chefs who prepare food at Government Buildings, and at office blocks and schools throughout the country, writes Martha Kearns.

The owner of L’Ecrivain restaurant in Dublin has signed an agreement with facilities management firm Sodexo Ireland to get involved in key training events for its chefs. The firm has chefs at 200 sites across the country. It provides catering services, such as running staff restaurants and vending machine facilities, as well as corporate hospitality.
