Le Premier invests in French commercial unit

The Le Premier property fund has spent €2.87 million on a unit at Le Parc Du Moulin near Orly airport and Paris. It is the second purchase made by the fund within the business park.

The fund is led by Paul McDowell of GanlyWalters and Peter Stewart, a financial consultant. Ganly Walters acted for the fund.
