The new president of the Law Society of Ireland has expressed “deep concern” about the 2011 Legal Services Regulation Bill.

Donald Binchy, 48, is a partner in the Clonmel, Tipperary, law firm Binchy Solicitors and was elected president of the 12,000-strong solicitors’ profession earlier today.
