Law Society president Donald Binchy is writing to every solicitor on Tuesday, urging them to contact their TDs and senators about the Legal Services Regulation Bill.

The bill proposes wide-ranging changes to the legal profession, including the appointment of a regulatory body, and new rules on fees, education, legal partnerships and direct access to barristers.
