The outgoing DPP, James Hamilton, will address the Law Reform Commission annual conference tomorrow on the issue of sexual offences and capacity. High Court judge Peter Charleton will chair the half-day conference at the Law Society, Blackhall Place. The speakers include English appeal court judge James Munby, Frieda Finlay, chairwoman of Inclusion Ireland, and Patricia Rickard-Clarke of the Law Reform Commission.
