Court users happy with service

An online survey of court users has shown that more than 19 out of 20 legal professionals (96 per cent) and 85 per cent of visitors to court offices are "satisfied" or "very satisfied" with the service they receive when sending documents to court offices by document exchange or post.

But many respondents to the survey, published in the current edition of Court Service News, would also like to see extended court office opening...
