Data Protection Commissioner Billy Hawkes will look at key changes for Irish businesses following the introduction of new EU data protection legislation at a free breakfast seminar tomorrow.

The seminar, to mark global Data Privacy Day, starts at 8am in the offices of Matheson solicitors, Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2.

Other speakers include Matheson partners John O'Connor on cloud computing and Anne-Marie Bohan on the overseas transfer of personal data.
