Brave is the councillor who calls for a halt to any kind of hurling in Kilkenny. But Labour councillor Seen O hArgain wants youngsters to stop ''uncontrolled hurling in the public area outside Kilkenny Castle. He says that tourists and elderly people have got a whack from flying sliotars as well as passing cars and cyclists.
