BNP Paribas Real Estate is selling Phibsboro Shopping Centre along with two adjoining development sites for €15 million.

The shopping centre was built in 1966 and has a retail parade of 13 units anchored by Tesco and a landmark eight-storey office tower. The sale excludes the Tesco supermarket and off-license, and the unit occupied by Eddie Rockets, all of which are held by these occupiers under long leases.
