An extensive modernisation programme at Fitzwilliam Court on Leeson Street in Dublin is almost complete and should be ready for occupation in April.

The 40,000 square foot building was previously home to technology giant Siemens, and is being completely transformed to meet the needs of the modern office occupier.

As well as being designed for an own-door HQ building, the building has also been designed to accommodate lettings on a floor by floor basis.
