Landlords complain of board backlog

Landlords say they are facing lengthy delays with the new tenancies board.

The Private Residential Tenancies Board (PRTB) has received more than 80,000 applications for registration of tenancies, but the Irish Property Owners' Association (IPOA) said delays in dealing with registrations had resulted in a huge backlog.
