Lake Comms owners share €9.6m payout

The owners of Dublin firm Lake Communications have shared a $13 million (€9.6 million) payout as the final part of the firm’s takeover by US firm Inter-Tel.

The owners of Dublin firm Lake Communications have shared a $13 million (€9.6 million) payout as the final part of the firm’s takeover by US firm Inter-Tel.

The payout brings the total amount paid to Lake’s management - led by managing director Anthony Bermingham and Caoimhin O’Laoi - to almost €31 million.
