Los Angeles-based property fund Karlin Real Estate is set to target Irish commercial property assets as it plans a $1 billion European spending spree. The fund recently set up an office in London and is in the midst of expanding its European operations as it plans to target commercial property deals in Spain, Denmark, Germany and Ireland.
