KWE fund invests heavily in Ireland

Close to 40 per cent of Beverley Hills fund Kennedy Wilson’s European property portfolio is invested in Ireland, its latest quarterly report shows.

Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate has built up a portfolio worth £1 billion since it floated on the London Stock Exchange in February this year. Of that £1 billion, 38 per cent is in Ireland, its report for the year up to June said.
