Kuvera seeks investors for Birmingham scheme

The Irish firm Kuvera Properties is seeking investors for a new apartment development in the suburbs of Birmingham.

Park Point, which is located in Sutton Coldfield, is being developed by City Lofts and designed by Terence Conran.

When complete in 2010 it will include 295 apartments, 6,500 square metres of commercial space, a restaurant, shops, bars and a health club.

The development height will range from seven to ten storeys including basements.
