Killultagh’s Mercantile set to raise the bar for Belfast office developments

Belfast commercial property developer Killultagh Estates unveiled the Mercantile, its landmark office development in Belfast city centre, at MIPIM, the world’s largest annual property conference, held each year in Cannes.

The Mercantile, at 5 Donegall Square South in Belfast city centre, will comprise almost 6,800 square metres of Grade A offices across eight upper floors.

There is another 930 square metres available on the ground and lower ground floors which would be suitable for restaurant...
