The Killeen House Hotel in Aghadoe, Killarney, Co Kerry, has come on the market through CBRE, which is seeking offers of more than €3.5 million.

The hotel has been owned by Michael and Geraldine Rosney since 1992. They have developed the business, which operates on a seasonal basis, to focus exclusively on the north American golf market.
