The High Court has ordered a Kilkenny pet food firm not to appoint a new marketing manager, after it claimed to have sacked its existing manager.

The High Court has ordered a Kilkenny pet food firm not to appoint a new marketing manager, after it claimed to have sacked its existing manager.

Mary Coffey was appointed brand and marketing manager of William Connolly and Sons on August 15 2006, subject to a six-month probationary period.

Connolly’s, which is based in Goresbridge, makes animal feeds and pet foods under the name of Connolly’s Red Mills.
