The owners of Kildare Village, the outlet shopping centre just off the M7 motorway near Kildare town, are confident that future profits will wipe out the centre's Euro 22 million balance sheet deficit.
Value Retail Dublin, the company behind the designer outlet complex, has reported a Euro 6.2 million loss for 2012, after paying Euro 5.4 million to service its debts, according to new company filings.
The 2012 losses brought retained losses to Euro 35 million, the accounts show....
