Evil robot Ratchet (Greg Kinnear) and his monstrous mother, Madame Gasket (evil sounding Jim Broadbent), have a wicked plan that will bring them world domination.

They will oust the benign inventor Bigweld (Mel Brooks) from his corporation, destroy all the spare parts for broken and aging robots and replace them with new upgrades (motto: “why be you when you can be new?”).
