Kerry to acquire Cargill

Kerry Group has confirmed that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Cargill’s global flavours business for $230 million.

Kerry Group has confirmed that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Cargill’s global flavours business for $230 million.

Cargill Flavor Systems is a flavour technology company employing 700 people in France, the UK, South Africa, India, Malaysia, China, the USA, Puerto-Rico, Mexico and Brazil. It has annual revenues of approximately US$200m.
