Kerry in E180m ready meal deal
Kerry Group has made a significant acquisition of a British ready-meals business for a reported stg£125 million (€180 million).
Kerry is purchasing Noon products, which specialises in Indian ready-meals, from a private equity group. Reports say that the deal was tied up last week, but it has not yet been announced by the Irish group.
