One of the country’s most active venture capital funds has launched High Court proceedings against William Fry, the prominent Dublin law firm.

Cork venture capital house Kernel Capital is suing 56 partners of the Dublin firm in relation to professional services that it received from William Fry on a 2006 investment deal.
