Developer Joe Kenny of Woodgreen Builders is involved in a plan for a mixed-use development of just under 20,000 square metres at the rear of Main Street in Dunshaughlin, Co Meath.

The proposed development involves the construction of 139 apartments, a convenience store, 13 other shops, six office units, two cafe/bars and a gym.
