Kennedy Wilson bids €300m for old Treasury portfolio

Californian investment firm Kennedy Wilson has continued its spending spree in the Irish market.

Californian investment firm Kennedy Wilson has continued its spending spree in the Irish market, offering more than €300 million for the Castle Market portfolio formerly owned by Treasury Holdings.

The sale of the portfolio will be one of the most complex property deals of the year, as bondholders owed some €375 million secured on the properties will vote on the all-cash offer from Kennedy Wilson in June.
