The chairman of mining company Kenmare Resources, Justin Loasby is to retire from its board due to ill health, it has announced.

The chairman of mining company Kenmare Resources, Justin Loasby is to retire from its board due to ill health, it has announced.

Steven McTiernan, a non-executive director at the company, will take on the role of non-executive chairman.
