Set within the wooded grounds of the five-star Park Hotel in Kenmare, Co Kerry, 18 luxury apartments offer a private getaway in picturesque surroundings.

Built by John and Francis Brennan, the brothers behind the hotel, the properties were first completed in 2008 just before the worst of the recession hit. Four were sold at the time.

Seven years later, they are being relaunched to the market by Ganly Walters with asking prices of between €495,000 and €535,000...
