The Kelly family is to buy the 60 per cent stake held by financier Paul Connolly in the Thomas Read pub group in a €15 million deal.
The Kellys, who are property and hotel developers, have teamed up with management to buy Connolly's stake in the group, which owns 16 pubs, including the Bailey off Grafton Street, Ron Blacks on Dawson Street and the bars at Dublin Airport.
