What is an NDA?
A non-disclosure agreement (NDA), also known as a confidentiality agreement, is used where one party is giving secrets to another.
It is a written contract that requires the person receiving confidential information to keep this information secret. Where confidential information is passing both ways, a mutual or two-way agreement can be signed.
