Broadstone townhouses: seven vacant units sold for €1.76 million

Allsop’s first auction dedicated to the commercial and investment market saw 20 of the 31 properties sold, generating a total of €12.5 million.

Richard O’Neill of Allsop said competitive bidding between prospective owner-occupiers and investors generated yields of less than 6 per cent gross for some Dublin properties.

Branded as Allsop Private, this auction was designed to facilitate greater due diligence by prospective bidders.
