Keaveney expelled for standing by Labour promises

So now a Labour TD has been expelled from the Labour Parliamentary Party for supporting the policies on which he and the Labour Party got elected 22 months ago.

At the same time, those who voted for measures that were flagrant breaches of those policies are praised by the leader of the party (and his predecessor) for their "courage" and "loyalty" - courage to inflict entirely avoidable pain on those who the Labour Party purports to...
