Bucking the trend of poor occupancy levels in regional shopping centres, the Fairgreen centre in Carlow town is almost 100 per cent occupied, with just one unit remaining for rent. The 120 square metre unit is available on a new lease with flexible terms and a rent of about €540 per square metre per annum.

Letting agents Lisney believes the unit would be most suited for use as a footwear or fashion store.
