The Health Service Executive (HSE) and Irish Medical Organisation (IMO) are due to resume talks tomorrow in a bid to avert industrial action by junior doctors over cost-cutting measures, writes Susan Mitchell.

The HSE and junior doctors’ representatives are in dispute over measures proposed by the HSE that would result in a sizeable cut in earnings for the doctors.
