Judge to hear Quinn case arguments today

Arguments will be made today on what sanctions Sean Quinn senior, his son Sean Quinn junior and nephew Peter Quinn should face for trying to put assets beyond the reach of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation.

Arguments will be made today on what sanctions Sean Quinn senior, his son Sean Quinn junior and nephew Peter Quinn should face for trying to put assets beyond the reach of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation.

Judge Elizabeth Dunne, who found that the Quinns were in contempt of court earlier this week, will hear arguments from both sides.

The judge found that Peter Quinn was "evasive, less than forthright, obstructive, unco-operative and at times untruthful"...
