The High Court judge who presides over the Commercial Court says it can deal with major planning disputes within weeks and expressed surprise that more planning cases did not come before it.

The High Court judge who presides over the Commercial Court says it can deal with major planning disputes within weeks and expressed surprise that more planning cases did not come before it.
In an interview with The Sunday Business Post, Mr Justice Peter Kelly said the court could deal with multi-million euro planning disputes in a ‘‘much shorter time frame’’ than other courts.
