Hedge fund company JP Morgan Tranaut is to move to Darndale in Dublin 17.

The company has agreed to pre-let 2,600 square metres in the €450 million Northern Cross scheme which is being developed by PJ Walls on the Malahide Road, according to the new bimonthly report from CBRE.
