Joint education is way forward

US entrepreneur Jack McDonnell entered the Irish market in 1994 by establishing a software development group in Dublin.

Since 1998 he has also operated a data network for card transactions and securities trading. McDonnell is founder and chief executive of Transaction Network Services.
