JNLR to audit Cork stations separately

Two Cork radio stations, 96FM and 103FM, are to have their listenership figures assessed separately from April 1 onwards.

Two Cork radio stations, 96FM and 103FM, are to have their listenership figures assessed separately from April 1 onwards.

Until now, the Joint National Listenership Research (JNLR) survey had assessed the figures together because the stations are both owned by UTV, and the JNLR committee believed they had separate markets, with 96FM broadcasting only to Cork city, and 103FM broadcasting only to Cork county.
