A radically revised form of radio listenership research is to begin on January 1.

It follows the first significant review of the Joint National Listenership Research (JNLR) system in 15 years.

The scope of the survey will be increased to 15,500 from 11,000, and the list of questions will be updated to provide more information to advertisers and agencies.
