A new study by Knight Frank shows that the winners on the auction merry-go-round over the past decade are those who invested in classic cars, art, wine and jewellery. Cars have risen by 496 per cent over the past decade, and by 18 per cent in the past year, art by 239 per cent, and 15 per cent, wine by 243 per cent and 7 per cent, and jewellery by 159 per cent and 5 per cent.
